When you register or interact with COC Base Links, we collect your account and profile information (Google account name, email address, profile photo, chosen username, display name, bio, and avatar image), platform activity data (submitted base layouts, copy links, thumbnails, descriptions, tags, bookmarked layouts, and copy interaction history), and technical data (authentication session tokens stored as secure cookies, request timestamps, and diagnostic server logs).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to authenticate your identity, maintain secure login sessions, create and display your public creator profile, store and serve your submitted base layouts, manage your saved bookmarks and copy history, detect and prevent spam, fraud, and policy violations, and deliver core marketplace features. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or behavioral targeting.
3. Third-Party Services
COC Base Links uses trusted third-party services to operate: Supabase (database, authentication, and backend infrastructure), Google OAuth (user authentication), and Vercel (web hosting and edge delivery). We do not sell your personal information to any third party. Third-party service providers process data in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
4. Cookies & Session Tokens
COC Base Links uses cookies and secure HTTP-only session tokens strictly necessary to maintain your authenticated session. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics cookies. You may clear cookies via your browser settings, which will log you out of your session.

Your data is stored on secure, enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure provided by Supabase and Vercel. We apply industry-standard technical and organizational security measures including HTTPS/TLS encryption, server-side authentication validation, and Row Level Security database policies. However, no method of internet transmission or storage is 100% secure.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all your profile data, submitted base layouts, bookmarks, and account records are permanently and irreversibly purged from our systems immediately upon deletion. Server diagnostic logs are retained briefly for security monitoring before automatic purging.
7. Your Rights & Account Control
You have the right to access and edit your profile information at any time via Settings, permanently delete your account and all associated data via Settings → Delete My Account, or request a copy of your personal data by contacting us at support@cocbaselinks.com.
8. Children's Privacy
COC Base Links is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, please contact us immediately so we can remove the account and associated data.
