1. Account Eligibility & Security
You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account on COC Base Links. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. You authenticate using your Google account, and by doing so, you authorize COC Base Links to receive your basic Google profile information (name, email address, and profile photo) for the purpose of creating and managing your account. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, we recommend signing out of all sessions immediately and securing your Google account.
2. Content Submissions & Intellectual Property
Creators retain full ownership of the base layout links, screenshots, thumbnails, and descriptions they submit to COC Base Links. By submitting content, you grant COC Base Links a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, index, and distribute your submitted content for the purpose of operating the service. You represent that you have the right to submit the content you upload and that it does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party. You agree not to submit content that is offensive, misleading, spam, fraudulent, or in violation of any applicable law.
3. Copy Links & Layout Availability
COC Base Links hosts in-game copy links generated by Clash of Clans. These links are provided by creators and are subject to expiry, revocation, or invalidation at any time — including as a result of Clash of Clans game updates, server changes, or the creator's in-game actions. COC Base Links does not control or guarantee the validity, availability, or functionality of any copy link at any given time. Use of copy links is entirely at your own risk.
4. Supercell Fan Content Disclaimer
Clash of Clans and all associated characters, names, and trademarks are the exclusive property of Supercell Oy. COC Base Links is an independent, community-driven fan platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or specifically approved by Supercell Oy. Supercell bears no responsibility for the content, operations, or actions of this platform. This platform operates in compliance with the Supercell Fan Content Policy. No Supercell intellectual property is sold or commercially exploited on this platform. COC Base Links does not charge users for access to Supercell-owned game content.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in automated scraping, crawling, or bulk downloading of platform content; submitting fraudulent, deceptive, or malicious content, copy links, or external URLs; attempting to disrupt, overload, or compromise platform infrastructure or user experience; impersonating another person or creator; circumventing account suspension; or using the platform for any unlawful purpose. Violation of these terms may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent account deletion without prior notice.
6. Content Moderation & Reporting
COC Base Links provides a reporting system that allows users to flag content or accounts that may violate these Terms of Service. Reports are reviewed by platform administrators. We reserve the right to remove content, issue warnings, or suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion based on reported violations or independently identified issues.
7. Account Deletion
You may permanently delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete My Account. Account deletion is irreversible. Upon deletion, your profile, submitted base layouts, bookmarks, and all associated account data are permanently purged from our systems. This action cannot be undone.
8. Limitation of Liability
COC Base Links is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, COC Base Links and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of access to copy links, or damages resulting from Clash of Clans game updates or Supercell policy changes.
9. DMCA & Takedown Requests
If you believe that content on COC Base Links infringes upon your intellectual property rights, you may submit a takedown request by contacting us at support@cocbaselinks.com. Please include a description of the copyrighted work, the URL of the allegedly infringing content, and your contact information. We will review and act on valid requests in a timely manner.
